A new administrative building was built, to which was added a daycare center and sports grounds, with a square in the center. On this square, the city council plans to build a "convivial and refreshing" fountain conducive to gatherings and a focal point for the new village center.

This fountain offers several extraordinary niches for our occasional visits, encouraging friendly repartee. Its comfortable angles and corners become opportunities for our pausing, daydreaming, meeting and chatting, children's paddling, splashing, and unexpected shared moments....
The shape of the fountain is made of broken lines and inspired by the wall pattern of the adjacent building. Its irregularity presents a contrast with the geometrical and orthogonal layouts of the surroundings. The pool part is cut in a single block of stone, and the rest is an assembly of stone offcuts. From amongst several options, the city council has chosen an anthracite stone and a water spray in the shape of a blade.
